In the gym I rely on my balance. To me balance consists of three pieces: foundational stability, core stability, and the self-discipline. Without balancing, without stability and the discipline to maintain it, my workouts are ineffective. In fact, without the proper focus on balance I could easily injure myself. By taking a deep breath, becoming still, and focusing, I find my balance and then execute.
Similarly, having a healthy lifestyle relies on your ability to balance. We need to find a balance between work and life, between discipline and enjoyment, between sharing time with others and taking time just for ourselves. While relentlessly pursuing our goals seems to be the natural thing to do, we can become one sided. Take time to consider prioritize all of the important aspects of your life. Don't fear change, find your balance and keep going.
‼️If you want to work on your core, balance, back and arms, this is a great workout for you. ⚠️Really focus on keeping your abs flexed while you do each exercise. love you guys! ❤️

Even with the best of intentions, things do not always go as planned. Whether you like it or not, life happens. Things get twisted, friendships turn sour, things get ugly. Your best bet is usually to forgive those who have wronged you.
Here is the catch, forgiveness does not mean things go back how they used to be. Forgiveness means that mistakes have been acknowledged and now everybody can move on. Sure, you can look back at fond memories, but the past is the past, you have to leave it alone. By letting go of the old, you make room for the new. Life is a process of continual rebirth and growth. Do not hold on. Open your eyes and your heart to what is coming next.

Find a way to spend time with positive, successful people. As for the negative people in your life, simply pray for them and keep it moving. Spending time with people that we admire is a great way strategy for personal growth.
