How about some homemade Sugar Cookie PB donuts? 😉 . These would be the perfect addition to a weekend brunch spread 🍩🍳🥞🥓🍌 . YOU WILL NEED: ✨3/4 cup spelt flour (or all purpose flour, coconut flour, paleo flours, etc) ✨¾ tsp baking powder ✨¼ tsp allspice ✨⅛ tsp Himalayan pink salt ✨¼ cup milk of your choice ✨5 tablespoons softened butter ✨½ tsp vanilla extract ✨¼ cup maple syrup ✨1 egg ✨Wild Friends Sugar Cookie Peanut Butter . HOW TO: ✨Preheat your oven to 375°F and grease your mini doughnut pan with coconut oil. (If your pan is already non stick you can skip this step) ✨Mix dry ingredients in a bowl using a fork or mixer: flour, baking powder, allspice, and salt. ✨Using an electric hand mixer, mix in wet ingredients: milk, butter, vanilla, maple syrup, and the egg! ✨Use a spoon to gently add the mixture into your donut pan, avoiding the middle so a hole will be visible once done! (I used my finger to swirl it in a circle to even it out) ✨Bake for 12 minutes or until the sides of the donuts begin to brown. ✨Remove from the oven and place on a cooling rack. Once they’re just slightly warm, drizzle the sugar cookie peanut butter on top like frosting, and add any other toppings you may enjoy! Pictured: chocolate chips, cinnamon sugar, and goji berries! . Bring these to a party and you’ll be the most popular one there 😏 . Say hello to these Layered Gingerbread Caramel Bars. These bars have 3 amazing layers that make for the perfect bite, every time. The recipe is a bit involved, but they’re totally worth it 😉 . Ingredients: BASE LAYER ✨1/2 cup cashews ✨1/4 cup flax seed, chia, hemp blend ✨1/2 cup shredded coconut ✨1/4 cup cacao powder ✨Pinch pink salt ✨5 medjool dates, pitted ✨2-3 tablespoons maple syrup . CARAMEL LAYER ✨1 1/2 cups medjool dates, pitted ✨1/2 cup-3/4 cup Wild Friends Gingerbread Peanut Butter ✨1/4 cup maple syrup ✨1/1 tsp pink salt ✨1/2 coconut condensed milk . CHOCOLATE GANACHE LAYER ✨4 ounces dark chocolate ✨1/3 cup full fat coconut milk . DIRECTIONS: 1. Spray a 8 inch cake or loaf pan with a little bit of cooking spray. Set aside. 2. In the bowl of a food processor add the first 5 ingredients for the base layer. Pulse until combined. Add the dates and maple syrup, pulse to form a sticky paste. Press into the bottom is the loaf pan. 3. Add all the ingredients for the caramel sauce into a high speed blender. Blend until smooth and creamy. Stopping to scrape down the sides a few times. Pour the caramel on top of the base layer and pop into the freezer while you make the chocolate layer. 4. Add the chocolate and coconut milk to a heat proof bowl on top of a pan of simmering water. While stirring over medium heat, gently melt the chocolate and be careful to watch so it doesn’t burn. 5. Remove the pan from the freezer and pour the ganache over the caramel layer. Put the pan back into the Freezer for about 2 hours. Remove from freezer and using a warm knife to cut them into bars. Enjoy! . What you’ll need: ✨1 12oz box Rice Chex ✨1 cup dairy-free semi-sweet chocolate chips ✨½ cup Wild Friends Sugar Cookie Peanut Butter ✨3 Tbsp vegan or regular butter ✨1 tsp vanilla ✨3 cups powered sugar ✨Optional: Holiday sprinkles or candy . What you’ll do: ✨In a microwaveable bowl, add chocolate chips, peanut butter, and butter. ✨Microwave 1 minute 30 seconds, until melted, and stir in vanilla. ✨In a large mixing bowl, add Chex and pour over chocolate peanut butter mixture - stir to combine ✨In either a large mixing bowl with a lid OR a 2 gallon plastic bag, add everything together with powdered sugar and shake (I start with 2 cups, shake, then add the remainder and shake again for even coating) ✨Serve in bowl with sprinkles and/or candy . Who doesn’t want a 4-ingredient Sugar Cookie Dough Bite?! . These little gems are easy to make and even easier to eat 😏 . You can use any of our flavors, but we highly recommend our Sugar Cookie PB - gotta be festive, ya know? ❄️ . Ingredients: ✨1/2 jar Wild Friends Sugar Cookie Peanut Butter ✨1/4c coconut flour ✨1 tsp vanilla ✨~1 cup chocolate chips (optional to add in the batter or for chocolate coating) . Directions: ✨In your food processor, add your Sugar Cookie Peanut Butter, coconut flour and vanilla. Process until everything is combined. *you can mix with a spatula or hand-mixer* ✨OPTIONAL: add in chocolate chips and pulse until combined. ✨Let the batter chill in the fridge/freezer to harden (30-60 minutes). Remove, roll into balls and set on a tray lined with parchment paper to freeze for another 30 minutes ✨Melt chocolate chips in the microwave or stovetop, whatever you’d prefer, and dip each ball into the chocolate once it has cooled slightly. **Using a fork will help provide an even coating and will help them lay easier on the parchment paper** ✨Put the chocolate dipped balls on the same lined parchment paper tray and put it in the freezer until the chocolate hardens ✨Take out and store in an air tight container in the freezer for a few weeks or in the fridge for a few days . No-Bake Gingerbread Peanut Butter Bars made with 6 simple ingredients. ✌🏼These will take you no time to make but will leave you feelin festive all month long thanks to our Gingerbread Peanut Butter. Which I just have to say is a majorly underrated flavor of ours - I just had a spoonful and always forget how freakin delicious it is. If you like gingerbread, you’ve gotta get yourself this PB before it’s gone for the year! Tap the photo to get some. And once you get some, make these 👇🏼 . Ingredients: ✨ 1 ripe banana ✨½ cup Wild Friends Gingerbread Peanut Putter ✨4 tbsp ground flaxseed ✨1 cup almond flour ✨¼ cup chopped pecans ✨2-3 tbsp melted chocolate . Instructions: ✨In a large bowl, mash the bananas. ✨Add all other ingredients, besides chocolate, to the bowl and mix until well combined. ✨Press into a lined baking pan and freeze for 30 minutes. ✨While the bars are freezing, melt the chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl for about 2 minutes - stirring every 30 seconds. ✨Take the pan out of the freezer and pour melted chocolate over the top. ✨Place back into the freezer for at least four hours. ✨Slice it up and enjoy! . Chocolate Pumpkin Spice PB Cookies piled high 🙌🏼🙌🏼 I could definitely go for those first two cookies and a glass of cold almond milk 🥛 . This recipe is vegan and gluten free and packed with flavor thanks to our Chocolate Pumpkin Spice PB. 🍫🎃 . Ingredients: ✨3 tbsp oat flour (you can make your own by blending rolled oats) ✨1⁄4 tsp pumpkin pie spice ✨1/2 tsp cinnamon ✨3⁄4 tsp baking soda ✨1⁄4 tsp salt ✨1 flax egg (1 tbsp flax + 3 tbsp water) ✨1⁄2 cup Wild Friends Chocolate Pumpkin Spice Peanut Butter ✨1⁄4 cup chocolate chips . Directions: ✨Make the flax egg and set aside. ✨Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. ✨Add all of the dry ingredients to a mixing bowl, followed by the peanut butter and flax egg, adding the chocolate chips last. ✨Line a baking pan with parchment paper and spoon out the batter. I shaped the dough into cookies before baking, they won’t flatten out much if you don’t do that! ✨Bake for 8 minutes and let cool on the baking sheet before diving in! .
