Hello sunshine! This veggie bowl looks so colourful and delicious, we can’t wait to try it out 😋 especially alongside this homemade Tahini Beetroot Dip. Thank you @goodnessavenue 👏 Recipe: 2 large beetroots (steamed) 1/4 cup Tahini 1 tbsp curry powder 1 tsp garlic powder 3 tbsp apple cider vinegar 2-3 tbsp water Pink salt, to taste Blend all ingredients in your Vitamix until smooth and creamy. Store in the fridge for 5 days – make use of your Blending Bowls!

We are a massive fan of homemade protein balls, especially when there is brownie in the title 😉 They are so easy to make in the Vitamix, extremely tasty and keep us fully charged for the day’s adventure 💪 @parry_foodie’s Choc Brownie Protein Balls, let’s do this! #makeproteintasty Ingredients (makes 16-20 balls): 1/2 cup of cocoa 3/4 cup of coconut 1/3 cup rice malt syrup 2 servings of chocolate protein powder 1/4 cup coconut oil 1 tsp cinnamon 1 tbs chia seeds pinch salt 1 cup dried dates soaked Extra coconut to roll them in Method: In a bowl place dates and cover with warm water to soften the dates, leave for 10 minutes then drain Place all ingredients in your Vitamix until combined Transfer mixture into a bowl and add cocoa nibs as choc chips (optional) and fold them through Roll the mixture into balls Roll the balls in coconut and store in the fridge Gobble up!

Why do ghosts make good cheerleaders? Because they have a lot of spirit 🤣 Sorry not sorry. Check out this enchanting spiced 🎃 pumpkin 🎃 bread recipe by @reecehignell just in time for Halloween. Tis the season for pumpkin carving 😀 1 1/2 cup roasted pumpkin (approx 1 quarter of a large pumpkin) 2 whole eggs 1 cup sugar 1/2 cup brown sugar 3/4 cup olive oil 2 cup self raising flour Mixed spices (1 tbs of cinnamon & cardamom and 1tsp of ginger & nutmeg) 1. Pre heat oven to 170C 2. Cut pumpkin into 1 cm cubes and place onto a baking paper lined roasting tray. Give the pumpkin a light oiling then place into the oven for 20 minutes or until soft. Remove pumpkin from the oven then set aside to cool. 3. Place all ingredients into the Vitamix then blend on speed 4 for approximately 10-20 second or until the batter is well combined. 4. Place into a lined bread tin and bake for 50-60 minutes or until a skewer inserted in the centre of the bread comes out clean. 5. Let the bread cool. Serve with lashings of butter and maple syrup.

Sweet potatoes for breakfast? Yep you heard us correctly, thank you @goodnessavenue for the fantastic revelation. This gorgeous recipe makes perfectly fluffy, sugar free pancakes. A delicious base to pile on your go-to toppings – be it bacon, blueberries or yoghurt…or all of the above 😏 Recipe: 1 cup mashed sweet potato 2 eggs 1 cup almond meal 1/2 cup oat flour (blended oats) 2 tbsp ground flaxseeds 1 tsp cinnamon 1 tsp baking powder Blend the sweet potato and eggs in the Vitamix until smooth then combine with the dry ingredients in a bowl. Cook in a pan with a little coconut oil over a low heat. Easy peasy!
