New class alert! Join Ann tomorrow for SomaRestore at 11:45 am. This will be a regular drop-in class moving forward. SomaRestore is a blend of Somatic movements (neuromuscular re-education and releasing tension), and Restorative Yoga to allow the body to release and deeply relax. Most people carry a pattern of tension in their minds, and bodies that drain their energy and prevents true relaxation and resilience. When our nervous system and mind can learn how to calm, our body can release tension and relax, we can connect to our natural ability to heal. We use slow Somatic movements to teach the body how to release and the Restorative Yoga postures are used to support the body to learn how to completely relax into a pose. Class will always include guided meditations and breathing exercises.
