I’m really hungry again. 🦄 👉🏼 🌮 dinner; spicy shredded chicken, roasted sweet potatoes, roasted red pepper, cilantro, chopped jalapeños, brussels, lots of lime, @sietefoods almond flour tortillas, homemade guacamole (in stories), curry cauliflower 👇🏼
👉🏼 for the chicken, roast a whole chicken with garlic, onion, sea salt, pepper, cayenne, cumin + olive oil for 1.5 hours at 400 degrees so it is juicy and nice and crispy. I also put some of the juice it is sitting in after roasting on top while it is roasting. Veggies; all roasted at 400 for about 35-45 mins (including pepper). I used sea salt pepper cayenne, little mustard, turmeric, curry, cumin, red pepper flakes. Just use whatever you want for flavors and cook until all crispy. Going to add everything in the tortillas + guacamole, lime juice, cilantro & chopped jalapeños. 💅🏼
