This is one of my favorite routines: Follow @gym.insane_ 1️⃣ Boat Pose Ankle Taps - 10x 2️⃣ Boat Pose to Hollow Pose - 12x 3️⃣ Bound Angle Laying Crunch - 20x 4️⃣ Bound Angle Knee Taps - 25x 5️⃣ Low Plank to Dolphin Pose - 4x 6️⃣ Side Plank Dips - 10x each side 7️⃣ High Plank to Down Dog - 8x 8️⃣ Mountain Climbers - 30x 🔁 Repeat 2 more times! ➡️➡️ You will be feeling this for sure!! I also want to note that this routine is easy to modify.
