• 6 scoops NOURISHING PLANT PROTEIN Natural Vanilla
• 3 cans coconut milk (400ml each)
• 1 1/2 cups blueberries
• 2 tablespoons beet powder
• The night before, put the cans of coconut milk in the freezer, so the coconut cream part condenses on top.
• Add the cream part (leave the liquid in the cans) into a blender, with the protein, blueberries, and beet powder. Blend until completely emulsified (approx. 5 min).
• Pour into a loaf pan, freeze for 5-6 hours and serve.
• SERVES 6.

Hello Vegan Detox Monday🍏 Every Monday I always do a juice cleanse to pay for the fun I had on the weekend as part of my alkaline lifestyle. My philosophy is that we don’t need to live a life of abstinence but of balance. Each Monday I simply drink 3L of water, have around 800ml of fresh veggie juice during the day & have veggie soup & or raw salads for dinner. Every 6 weeks when I’m back treating clients at Rejuv London I take this one step further and do this detox over 5 days. Since I’m working 12+ hour days I start too early for breakfast & I never stop for lunch. So I use that week as a great opportunity to cleanse. I simply swing past my local juice bar near Harley Street and have them make me 2 juices. I actually don’t choose from the many options here that I photographed, I always get them to make my juice fresh to reduce oxidation, maximize live micronutrients, vitamins & minerals & make my recipe (which they never have pre-made anyway); So for an ultimate cleanse use; 🌿Romaine lettuce 🌿cucumber 🌿lemon/lime 🌿 ginger 🌿spinach leaves (not kale) 🌿broccoli 🌿 coriander & or basil.
