To support regular #squatting and #lunging you should be #deadlifting, hip thrusting or incorporating some kind of hip extension movements into your routine. If you’re not then you could be creating imbalances and underutilising some of the biggest muscles in the body. Today was supposed to be rest day, but instead I did 40m of hiit this morning and 40 minutes of swimming tonight, I think I've got a problem! 😂 Did my longest consecutive front crawl at 35 minutes and it's definitely coming easier.
