Goals 🤩 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ One of my goals for the first three months of this year is to do 5 unassisted pull ups. I’m currently sitting at 0 with just over one month to go but I’m not worried. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Determined? Yes. Worried? No. Each time I do assisted pull ups I’m getting a little stronger 🙌🏻 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ I thought I’d share my progress with you to encourage you to keep pushing forward. Do your best and work hard. Results will come. Current PB is 2 reps assisted with 14kg weight. The first video is 21kg weight on 3/2/19, second video is 14kg weight for 1 1/2 reps on 3/2/19 and third video is PB of 14kg for 2 reps. Not a huge difference in one week but just enough to keep me going. You should be celebrating small achievements too. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ For me, getting stronger and increasing my weights is a huge source of motivation 👊🏻
