I hear people tell me all the time that they want to lose weight and get into shape or have some completely different goal in life, but they don’t have the time to do the things necessary to get there. This is a poor excuse to be honest. I haven’t heard of a single successful person yet that had nothing to do all day except work on their one goal. Most people don’t have the time, they make the time and not every day is going to be perfect. That’s why I get up a 3:00 AM and go to the gym to workout, because my day starts at 5:00 and is filled with clients, emails, online business, writing, research, etc. and I’m too exhausted to do it later. That’s why I spend my Sundays cooking and prepping meals for the majority of the week so I don’t have to cook every day. If you really want something bad enough, you will find ways around all the obstacles that are sure to stand in your way. Don’t let negative thought patterns create poor habits.
