Indian cuisine for lunch. Not bad for a meal worth 10$ for 2... next time we'll see where it will be. Pardon for my look as that was after playing table tennis. All sweaty and feeling sporty but I'm not hahahaha.
I’ve been wanting to start cooking a few meatless meals every week, and this week I was finally introduced to an amazing meat alternative that wasn’t tofu (which I also love, but hubs isn’t a big fan), it’s pulled oats! We were having dinner at our friends house and they made such an amazing vegetarian lasagna using veggies, homemade sauce and this protein packed meat alternative. These pulled oats from Finland are made from oats, faba beans and peas! I’m really excited to try these out in all different kinds of recipes! Tonight I’m starting with a Thai curry noodle soup!
