Homer Simpson Donuts W/Blueberries Ingredients: Donuts- 1/4 Cup unsweetened non-dairy milk 1 teaspoon of white or apple cider vinegar 1/4 vanilla extract 1/3 cup of real maple syrup or agave. (I prefer the maple syrup) 3 1/2 tablespoons of coconut oil melted 1 cup flour 1/4 teaspoon of salt A few shakes of cinnamon 1/2 cup blueberries fresh or frozen. ( I used fresh) Frosting: 2 Cups of powdered sugar 2 tablespoons of non-dairy milk. 1/8 vanilla extract Preheat oven 350 Combine the first 5 ingredients and set aside. 5-10 min Grease donut pans Add remaining ingredients except the Blueberries. Fold in Blueberries after be gentle. Put in piping bag or ziploc bag and cut the corner. Pipe into donut pan. 10-12 Mins Take out of pan in to cooling rack. While they coolmake the frosting. Mix all frosting ingredients until smooth. If to think add little more non-dairy milk if to thin add more powdered sugar. Ginger rice, vegetables kimchi & tempeh for breakfast. I'm trying hard to like tempeh. It's like the ernest, kind but homely looking boy you really want to love but instead your prefer his goodlooking bad boy friend bacon.
