Breakfast - Pumpkin 🎃 Apple 🍎 Muffins and Golden Kiwi 🥝 ! • Another day, another muffin!! I find that making things in the muffin try is the perfect way to meal prep and have everything already proportioned! • These muffins are so seasonal, delicious, and healthy!! What’s more Fall than Pumpkins 🎃 and Apples 🍎?!!! Parker definitely approves! Recipe below. • Side note - we had never heard of or tried Golden Kiwis 🥝 before but, they are so good!! Highly recommend! • Pumpkin Apple Muffin Recipe: 2 cups Whole Wheat Flour 1 tsp Baking Power 1 tsp Baking Soda 1/4 tsp Nutmeg 1/4 tsp Cloves 1/2 tsp Cinnamon 1 can Pumpkin Puree 1/3 cup Maple Syrup 1/4 cup Melted Butter Mix all dry ingredients together and then combine with all wet ingredients. Pour into a greased cupcake tray (I use silicone baking cups). Eucalyptus Chest Rub⁠ ⁠ What you will need:⁠ ◦ 1 cup of coconut oil⁠ ◦ eucalyptus essential oil (DoTerra, Aura Cacia or Aroma Force)⁠ ◦ 1 dark glass jar⁠ ⁠ Making Magic:⁠ ◦ place the coconut oil in the jar⁠ ◦ add 3-5 drops of eucalyptus oil into the jar⁠ ◦ mix well and apply⁠ ⁠ How to apply:⁠ For infants, apply rub on bottoms of their feet or a finger tip amount on their chest⁠ ⁠ For toldders, apply of bottoms of feet, chest and/ or back⁠ ⁠ You can diffuse the essential oil into the room as well.
