B A N A N A || probably the best and easiest banana bread I have ever made 🍌🍞 totally winged the recipe and it turned out a TREAT!! Make it this week
3 ripe large bananas (plus 1 for topping)
1 tsp baking powder
1 cup oat flour (ground oats)
2/3 cup vanilla whey @neat_nutrition (can sub for almond flour)
1/3 cup almond flour
1/4 cup coconut oil melted
3 Tbs rice malt syrup
Place all ingredients into a blender or food processor. If your bananas are small maybe throw an extra one in. Blend until smooth.
It shouldn't be overly runny. Pour into lined or greased loaf tin. Slice another banana long ways in 3 and lay on top. Bake at 180 degrees for 45-50 mins ! Remember it's a "bread" so should be brown and crusty on the outside and a knife should come out clean in the middle!
