Didn’t like the lettuce dressing the plate. . Every tapas experience must have a tortilla. This one was wet in the middle, the way I like it. Tortilla Triguera came with garlic shoots (!!) and prawns. I approve. . ¡Paella! Always gets me excited. Starchy, firm grains of rice. Good hint of saffron. Fresh mussels. Very rustic. . Pulpo de Gallego. Having just come back from Galicia. Nope. Didn’t like this at all.
