Although it may not be dangerous at first over time it can cause serious issues. What we first want to identify is how severe it is and slowly fixing the issue!

TeachMeTuesday: Ab Wheel Rollout Figured you get tired of seeing posts of me everyday so here's FitCorner Fam member @i_standtall Muscles Worked: When using the ab roller, your core moves to prevent your back from arching. From flexing the spine to stretching and contracting your abs through a full range of motion. This movement provides a huge challenge to your rectusย abdominus;ย theย six packย muscle. As well as deep spinal stabilizers, such as theย transerveย abdominus. This makes the ab wheel roller a great tool for both aย stronger,ย and more muscular core. Accessory muscles: The ab wheel rollout is more than an ab exercise; itโ€™s a challenge to your hips, shoulders, triceps, and latissimus dorsi. These muscles stabilize your body from shoulder to tailbone while the wheel rolls in front of your body. How To: Hold the Ab Roller with both hands and kneel on the floor. Now place the ab roller on the floor in front of you so that you are on all your hands and knees (as in a kneeling push up position). This will be your starting position. Slowly roll the ab roller straight forward, stretching your body into a straight position. Tip: Go down as far as you can without touching the floor with your body. Breathe in during this portion of the movement. After a pause at the stretched position, start pulling yourself back to the starting position as you breathe out.
