Never really done an honest post so here goes... .
Over the last month I’ve gradually reduced breastfeeding and completely stopped last week so I have cut down from 5/6 healthy extras to the usual 2 a day. I’ll be honest I’ve really struggled with not having the abundance of cheese I’m used to or that extra wrap/ hi fi bar 😂. It’s made me have a bit of a wobble. .
I’ve been on plan most days but soon as I’ve put the kids to bed I’ve massively went over my syns and have never been able to eat a meal without still feeling hungry 🙈😂. Maybe it could have something to do with hormones with all of the change, who knows but I’m not using that as an excuse!.. 🤷🏼♀️. .
Last 4 weeks I started with a maintain, then +0.5lb, +0.5lb then on Thursday +1lb 🙄. I know they’re not big gains but ive literally got nowhere over the last 4 weeks and really struggle to stay on plan most days.
I’ve been to Edinburgh this weekend and have just made really bad choices. Totally off plan and I feel like my old habits are slowly starting to creep back in. .
Best thing about slimming world is it’s so easy now to recognise these habits coming back and I know exactly why I’ve been having these gains so I’m drawing a line under this today and starting fresh! Next 3 days I’m going to try my best to pull back some of the gain that’s to be expected on Thursday again. .
