Video 1 - Slam ball slams (25 at 8kg) Video 2 - Trap bar deadlifts at 45kg I really didn’t want to work out today which isn’t like me at all. I feel like someone’s stolen all my energy. But I knew if I didn’t work out today I probably would have found an excuse not to go to PT on Wednesday. When you know, you know. This was a very easy workout 4 rounds of 500m ski 10 trap bar deadlifts 10 trx squat to row The next exercise was MEANT to be 10 slam ball over shoulder at 18kg but the only slam ball I could find was 8kg so the best I could do was 25 slams at 8kg to try and match the weight. 20 second hold in hollow rock position and 30 second hold in lo plank position. It was very tough but I did it all and just took my time.
