Here is the
#recipe for the dressing because boy, was it good!
1 tbsp of vegan mayo (yes, use the real thing, if you must but it's like an extra 150 calories)
1/2 tsp worchestershire
1 tbsp raw honey...more to taste, if you prefer.
1 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp white wine vinegar
1/2 tsp minced garlic
Salt and pepper to taste
This made about 1/4 of a cup of dressing and I ended up using about half on tonight's salad.
