Nothing could make this day any better. 💯 Unless someone walked in to the gym with 10 tubs of ghost protein for me 🙏🏼🙏🏼 this is how I like to execute the hammer curl. Hardly any elbow movement strictly destroying the muscles in my bicep and forearm. Use a weight you can handle my friends 😂 unless you’re messing around. But you might tear your bicep.
