I practice yoga to wade through my own BS so no one else has to.
If I don’t take the time to connect mind, body, and spirit, I become an emotional ungrounded mess who will throw it all up on those who love me most.
I won’t be able to feel their love because I’ll be too consumed by my own inner noise.
Recovery is A LOT of work.
But so is active addiction.
So in recovery we turn all that energy toward what allows us to see ourselves in the truest and most authentic ways.
No blind corners.
Whatever brings you inward to wade through the muck,
So the lotus can bloom,
Whatever it may be for you.
My alone feels so good that I will only have you if you are sweeter then my solitude.
You no longer have to suffer alone. No mother, father, son, or daughter has to cry out at night because they suffer the loss of someone they love. There is help and all you have to do is reachout.
