Just finished up at the gym, @jess_laslett and I did such a fun partner workout, it had everything from boxing to burpees to booty burns🔥🍑💦 Grab your bestie and give it a try👇🏼 1️⃣ 1 minute cross jabs 1 minute in and out jump squats 1 minute hooks 1 minute skaters 1 minute upper cuts 1 minute chest to floor burpees One round of boxing and one round of holding the pads for your partner 2️⃣ Dumbbell walking lunges x10 each side Box jumps (as many as it takes your partner to complete lunges) 3 sets 3️⃣ Barbell Deadlifts x12 Squat clean press (as many as you can fit in while your partner completes deadlifts) 3 sets 4️⃣ Barbell good mornings x10 Wall sit (as long as it take for your partner to complete good mornings) 3 sets 5️⃣ Barbell squats x10 Froggy squat pulses (as many as it takes for your partner to complete squats) 3 sets 6️⃣ Kettlebell sumo squat pulses x10 Kettlebell swings x10 3 set

I was really nervous before coming on this trip. I had moments of “WHAT AM I DOING” and I thought about not coming. . I don’t even know how to describe the feeling of meeting these ladies for the first time in person, and within the first 5 minutes you are belly laughing and already have inside jokes. . This girl - she’s a keeper. Not many people would let you hop on their back when you’re both drenched in a sweat shower. 💜

Don’t let the number on the scale define you. I weighed in at 156 this morning at 5’7 tall. By the “BMI” scale it says I’m almost 25% body fat bc of my weight. But it doesn’t account for muscle 💪 so keep lifting heavy things and love those numbers on the scale bc you’re getting stronger! #BMImyass #156lbsOfmuscle #screwthescale
