Friday is turning out to be a rest day of sorts. I took a look at my workouts for June thus far and that's how it's shaping up. My goal is a minumum of 5 workouts/week . The #JeFit app helps track my work and gives me a visual so when I notice I'm off, I can get it together. Sapp just kept casually throwing plates on the leg press between sets. We got up to 530 lbs. Im definitely getting stronger and I'm stronger than I even imagined with more room for growth.
