Brinner stemmed from needing to eat this amazing bread from Wild Fire Bakery. Ratatouille Shakshouka. There really are 2 perfectly cooked runny eggs in that veg pile. Hard to scoop out eggs last when they cook on top of the veg!! But tasty all the same. Roast eggplant, mushrooms & peppers. Onion and fire-roasted tomatoes cooked down in fry pan, add roasted veg, top in eggs, cook to your liking. Scoop. Eat with bread.
