از وقتی یادم میاد پول تو جیبیمو کتاب می خریدم و از همون موقع هم عادت داشتم زیر جمله های خوبش خط می کشیدم. بعدها، جمله ها و پاراگراف های مهم رو تو دفتر می نوشتم و سال ها بعد، بخصوص برای کارهای تحقیقی، کل مطالب رو بصورت خلاصه روی کاغذ، دسته بندی می کردم. . دوست دارم، یه جای آروم و بی صدا، بشینم و به محتوی و مفهوم کتاب، بیندیشم، بیندیشم، بیندیشم...... و ..... . Since i remember I bought books with my pocket money And from that time on, I used to make line under the good sentences. Later, I wrote important sentences and paragraphs in the notebook And years later, especially for research, Summarized and categorized all the contents on paper. . Do you like to sleep? Everyone knows that sleeping is essential for good health. If you don't have enough hours of sleep, you are entitled to suffer from a range of related mental illness and impaired cognitive functions. Knowing that, is better to oversleep, just in case, right? This way you won't take the risk. Well, if you are one of those, like me, that like to sleep several hours more at the weekend, maybe I have bad news.⠀ ⠀ A recent large study just concluded that "too much sleep is just as bad for your brain as too little." They found that the optimum sleep time is "seven to eight hours every night and that corresponds to what the doctors will tell you need to keep your body in tip-top shape, as well," says Conor Wild, lead author on the study.⠀ ⠀ The researchers don't know the reason behind this effect yet. It's not even clear if it's only a correlation or a cause-and-effect relation. Maybe people who sleep too much already have some disorder like depression, and it can cause the excess of sleepiness.⠀ ⠀ This information had just blown my mind! What do you think?
