PERSONAL TRAINING DAY 🙂🙂🙂 It’s been a full two weeks and I have been dying for it. As tired as I am today, I am looking forward to doing a tough training session to clear my head and get me back on the right track. There must be something in the air because I have lost track of the amount of people who are struggling at the moment too in all aspects. It’s a comfort to know you’re not alone in both falling off the healthy eating wagon and all the rest. While I haven’t gained weight apart from that 1kg that appears and disappears I’ve still felt so bloated and horrible. AMRAP (As Many Rounds As Possible) of: 1 x Sumo Deadlift with High Pull 1 x Burpee 1 x Kettlebell Swing +1 on each exercise with every new round So, grab your bar and bell…Did I mention the heavier the better? You can alway substitute the barbell with kettlebells or dumbbells. Just make sure they’re heavy enough to keep you honest but will also allow you to continuously move for 10 minutes. Tack this on to the end of your usual workout to maximise calorie burn and boost your metabolic rate.
