What is up guys, happy Tuesday 😎 Today’s post is gonna be about ABS I see people training abs every day and I’m like WHY! Abs are like any other muscle group and need time to rest to grow, if you overtrain your abs you’ll do more harm than good. If you’re looking to develop your ab muscles and get that beach body readyyy here are a couple helpful tips: 1) stick to training them 2-3 times a week to give them time to rest properly 2) eat in a caloric DEFICIT, because no matter how hard you train your abs, if there’s a layer of fat on top of them no one will see your hard work 😛 3) ALWAYS remember to properly brace your core during compound exercises, if you do this properly you actually don’t even need to train abs very much because you’re already stimulating them by engaging them in other exercises (i literally never train them because i hate it, but thanks to bracing and proper nutrition i have ab definition) Thats the tea this tuesday, and happy shredding to anyone who’s cutting 🔪
