GRAIN-FREE GRANOLA RECIPE **i stole majority of this recipe from @minimalistbaker bc, let’s be real, she has the best blog w the greatest recipes. I just tweaked a few ingredients to my liking, and you can do the same! It’s fun to mess around with different ingredients and see what you like best😋 ———- INGREDIENTS: * 1 1/4 cup raw pecans, broken into small pieces * 1 cup raw walnuts, broken into small pieces * 1 cup coconut flakes, unsweetened * 3 tbsp coconut oil, melted * 1/4 cup Sunflower seeds * 3 tbsp pumpkin seeds * 1 - 2 tbsp Chia seeds * 2 tbsp hemp seeds * Very generous dash of cinnamon * 1 - 2 tsp Bourbon vanilla extract * 1 - 2 tsp coconut sugar (omit for sugar-free granola, add more if you like it sweet!) * Generous sprinkle of sea salt ———————— Mix the nuts/seeds/coconut flakes in a large bowl, then add melted coconut oil and stir well. Add in cinnamon, sea salt, & vanilla and mix evenly again. Spread the granola mix on a baking sheet and place in the oven at 325 for about 20 mins, stirring the mixture halfway through.
