Coconut @nutramino review 🥥 The brand that just keep on giving 🙌🏻 What’s better than opening up a protein bar? Opening the wrapper to find TWO protein bars! Although gram for gram bs other bars I know this doesn’t make much difference, psychologically it does as it tricks my brain into thinking I’m giving it more goodies! Also there’s the added bonus of being able to save half for later (if you have that kind of crazy restraint!) Now I am a HUGE coconut fan so I approach any coconut bar with apprehension and this did not disappoint. The texture is practically a bounty (better than an actual protein bounty) and while the chocolate is slightly thinner it doesn’t leave you unsatisfied. I couldn’t taste the protein and loved the little coconutty piece in the mix. Whether your goal is to lose weight, build muscle, or just maintain a healthy body, the bulk of your diet should come from micronutrient-dense foods like fruits, veggies, lean meats, nuts, grains, etc… ⠀ In my experience, the problem for most struggling dieters isn’t WHAT they’re eating, but rather HOW MUCH (aka Food Quantity) ⠀ And it all comes down to the fact that most people are terrible at estimating proper portion sizes. In fact, most studies show that people tend to underestimate how many calories they eat and the portion sizes of their food & meals. ⠀ So if you’ve been struggling to lose weight despite exercising hard and eating healthy, here’s what I’d recommend doing: ⠀ First, start tracking your nutrition 📝. I’d use an app 📲 like MyFitnessPal, Mike’s Macros, Lifesum... anything that’ll keep a running log of what you’re stuffing down your pie hole 😬 ⠀ Second, I’d start measuring your food, ideally with a food scale ⚖️.
