405x2 box squats. Since I’ve been doing the strength training I have become more patient and focusing more on form and execution. . A major problem with squatting is knee cave. . My best advice is working on your abductor and adductors and glutes. Make sure you are using them during the lift to help prevent knee cave. . Sleeves and flat bottom shoes are great accessories for squats. . Knee sleeves have several benefits for the joint and awareness of the path the knee travels. . Flat shoes allow you to root your foot into the floor and create a solid base. . Try out box squats to help work on form. There are several ways to perform these.
