We’re up visiting my parents for the long weekend and the weather is so ☀️ that I did an outdoor workout this morning, plant pots and all. 12 weeks post-partum now and I’m feeling pretty good physically - my body is slowly morphing into something more that I recognise, both in appearance and strength. I don’t think this is the most flattering photo of me but it’s important not to always post the ‘good angles’ as those pics really help no one other than my own ego! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ I’m going to ask my physio next week about starting a bit of skipping or some sprints at some point - I do miss the endorphins of a proper 💦 but am also really nervous to do anything with impact too soon. I’ve been watching my food (though definitely not restricting, I’ll be on the Easter eggs this weekend) and continuing to walk quite a lot when I can. Despite my pledges not to weigh myself I have been checking in every week or two ⚖️ and seem to be dropping about 0.5kg each time which is fine by me (baby seems to be gaining at a similar rate!) ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Hope everyone is doing well and has a gorgeous long weekend 🐣, and to all those working in the emergency services you are angels, which I appreciate even more now I am not working the holidays myself 👼 I’ve officially emerged from the fourth trimester now and if anything have found it more emotionally challenging recently - perhaps I am finally no longer running on adrenaline but I will be taking the time to look after myself, accept offers of help, talk and reduce my screen time this weekend. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ #pos#postpartumess #12weekspostpartum #12weekoldbaby #babyboy #postpartum #newmum #postpartumworkout #postpartumrecovery #postpartumjourney #fit #fitness #fitlife #sweat #bbgcommunity #kelseywellspwr #pwr #pwr2019 #kelseywellspostpregnancyprogram #homeworkout #bbgmums #postpartummentalhealth #bodyimage #postpartumbody

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ #trainingformamas

There will be sleepless nights, a lot of doing what you can to survive & trying to keep it together.! There will be a lot of shit, cracked nipples & there may come a day you find yourself crying to the check out chick when she asks you how you’re going. 🤣 You’ll go through copious amounts of Bonjela & Panadol and probably waste your money on 64 different baby products only to find one that works for you. Google will become your best friend at 2am and you may loose friends you thought would be there till the end along the way.. but that’s okay. 😊 There will be a lot of rocking, hushing, bum patting & pacing back and forward. You’ll master breastfeeding! 👊🏼Or you may not breastfeed at all don’t ever feel bad for that. You’ll want to slap your husband for putting you in this situation in the first place 🤨 Sex can feel like another chore. It really does takes a village to raise a child & never be afraid to ask for help!!!!! ❤️ You may loose yourself along the way but there WILL come a day when you’ll piece yourself back together to someone even better, with bigger dreams, greater purpose & more respect for yourself than you can imagine. The first year is a celebration of survival. 🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽 Go easy on yourself, you’ve got this! ❤️ —— @stephluck . . . #dontforgetyou #coddledotco . . . . . . . . . . #newmommylife #newmomlife #newmommies #postpartummom #exp#expectingmoma> #4th#4thtrimester #postpartumrecovery #postpartumbod #csection #hospitalbirth #postpartumlife #postpartumhealth #secondtimemom #breastfeedingmoms #csectionbirth #firsttimemomma #firsttimemommy #newparentstobe #preggymom #expectingmom #motherhoodintheraw #expectingmoms #newmomstruggle #4thtrimester #postpartumjourney

✅NOW IN STOCK✅ The purpose of an abdominal binder is to promote healing through compression. As anyone who has had a baby knows, it takes some time before you return to your pre-pregnancy shape. An abdominal binder, however, can speed this process along.Dont forget to throw in some exercise and eat healthy!#postpartumgirdle #weightback #postpartumrecovery #medicalcompression #compressiongirdle #backgirdlesupport #bellybands #bellywrap #faja #girdlebelt #bestgirdleforwomen #maternitysupportbelt #trimzone
