It's oozing chocolatey indulging flavor, and topped with warm sweet caramelized bananas. Monday as just hit a new high 😍 It's monday! Time to start the working week all over again. Daunting right? But all remember..... No matter how stressful,busy and overworked this week could get your priorities lye with keeping yourself healthy,happy and sane! It's ok to say no,it's ok to slow down, it's ok the put yourself first. Christmas is around the corner and the best present you can give to yourself, family and friends is the real,relaxed happy you 😘 Have a magical Monday ❤️ •Cup rolled oats •1 ripe banana mashed •3/4 cup  almond milk •1 tablespoon cocoa powder For the caramelized banana- •1 teaspoon coconut oil •1 tablespoon maple syrup (can be optional) • 1/2 banana slice. • 1/2 cup soya yogurt In a small saucepan, combine oats, mashed banana, milk and cocoa powder. Let it absorb and thicken to create the chocolatey oatmeal. Add coconut oil to another pan.
