Upper Body today. Since my left shoulder is buggered a bit can only do Unilateral DB press with minimal pain on the left side. So no barbells or normal dB press. Though hammer chest press is fine for some odd reason. Anyway worked up to 35kg db X 8 per arm (9 on my left lol lost count). Followed by an amrap back off with 22.5kg db. Would like to get 40kg db x 10 per arm.
