IMPORTANT QUESTION ALERT! 🚨
How much sleep do you get a night?FOR ME, I’m averaging about 5-6 hrs(if I’m lucky). AND I get up twice and usually have a hard time falling back to sleep . 😭
When I do get some zzz’s I’m in my @end@end@endy mattress and recently got their new Duvet (which uses high-tech temperature regulating material) and the sheets (480 thread count ) to add to our @endy collection and it’s been heaven 🥰🥰but seriously can my kids just sleep 8 hrs straight 🥰😭😭 Any-who, Use code “Heydy50” for $50 off any size @endy mattress (we have the king size) fits 4 😂
Make sure to Leave a comment on how much sleep you’re getting 💐🌸
I am going to share MY story with you guys.(it'll be long, but it's real and vulnerable so bear with me) 2 years ago, I had various tests and ultrasounds because of severe pain I was experiencing. I ended up being diagnosed with PCOS. I was prescribed metformin to lose weight & it made my hormones absolutely insane so I took myself off it. I had never felt so discouraged in my life because I was told that losing weight for me would be 3x harder than if I didn't have PCOS. I had already been trying to diet and exercise for awhile & I hadn't lost even 1 lb. It was at this point we decided for me to have weight loss surgery. In July of 2017 I went to Mexico and had gastric bypass.
18 months later, 100+ lbs gone & I started seeing posts on the bariatric page I was apart of about people starting to gain the weight back around 2 years. "that won't be me" "I won't let it happen" is all I ever thought.
A few months later brings us to this year.. my scale has started to climb again😔 I kept denying it because "the holidays" or "Valentine's" & then "the cruise" but the truth is, I was letting my old snacking & binging habits come back. I had to stop this!! Something that I struggle with since the surgery is I am hungry ALL THE TIME. Because my meals are smaller, I eat more often. Which can cause me to over eat & snack snack snack.
As many of you know, I started with I.W. in March & as part of that process, I decided to join the weight loss challenge because my scale has gone back up this year. The weight loss isn't overnight anymore & my eating habits are what will dictate my weight from now on. Which is why I have started using our weight loss products.
I can honestly tell you I feel better! The weight has already started to come back off & I FEEL better. My body FEELS fueled. I FEEL stronger. Weight loss isn't everything - NUTRITION is everything and that's what our products are!
I am genuinely the happiest I've been since the surgery. It's been a long journey & it's not over but finally I feel like my weight is MY MY control now. Not from the surgery & not from PCOS. But from what I decide to fuel MY body with 💪I am learning the scale is back in MY control!
