It’s #TravelTuesday and my cohost @alyssayell reminded me that it’s also #internationalmountainday! I grew up in the Prairie State far from mountains, but various friends and events have taken to me high peaks. When people ask if I like to ski, I usually respond with something like, “Well, I don’t really ski, I more so fall down a mountain.” Because that’s mostly what it is. A couple years ago I headed to Jackson Hole with the Bakers for a ski adventure. It’s not a beginner mountain by any means, so I certainly had my frustrations. But the après ski was delightful and the views couldn’t be beat. However, I think a picture with a sign that says “no skis” is my favorite description. 🤣 We didn’t get waffles as in the picture so maybe I could be conned into going back. Maybe.
Please join Alyssa and I in sharing your travel stories - We can’t wait to see where you take us this week! #igtravel#jacksonhole#skiing#falling#waffles#noskis#wyoming#outwest
