Today’s Insite & For anyone who is begining or needs to “restart” their fitness journey 💡 👉🏼 If you want to maximize your workouts, do workouts you love. Incorpoerate movements, routines, and programs that you enjoy (that doesnt mean it will be easy) but its something that you can look forward to and still move in a positive direction toward your goals!
Fitness is a BIG part of my life and has a HUGE contribution on who I am today. With that... something that I want to do more of is help anybody with the desire to achieve their fitness goals. Anyone with a desire to move forward with fitness and maybe you just may not know what step you should take or if you need inspiration along your fitness/health journey.
I dont really post much about fitness... because its not my whole world, but at the same time its a part I should discuss more of because its who I am. Your perspective on fitness/health and how you decide to contribute it into your life will ultimately lead to how consistent you’ll stay to the process and the goals you aspire towards. Make it a chore = you wont be as committed , Make it Fun = You’ll enjoy it and stay committed! Make it enjoyable, do a workout that you truly enjoy doing, play a sport, dont limit yourself to the extreme with your nutrition and be flexable, after all.. this is a lifelong journey.
