HEALTH You all have been asking such great questions. I feel like a broken record when I say, "I do not use a cookie cutter protocol because no two people are the same." This can seem like a cop out almost, but I really mean it. Think about it you are used to going to the doctor and receiving usually a pill and everyone else with your symptoms receives the same pill. That is not what I do. Over the next little bit let's talk about how to approach health. Here is a visual of what my brain and skills do when I chat with you to gauge and understand what you need most. Let's start with physical. This is what most doctors and clients focus on the most upfront because that's what you can physically see and feel. It is also a foundation to the rest of your health - mental, emotional, and spiritual. If you can not walk you probably will not be happy or feel purpose. However, mental, emotional, and spiritual also play into physical. Everything is connected. When it comes to chronic illness, the 4 basics of physical that in my eyes need to be addressed first are GI, immune, HPA, and Thyroid. There are layers to health. This image is a foundation of where I start. As you can see one pill, one supplement, one diet, one exercise plan will not address all of these basics. I believe true healing comes when all are addressed. This can take time, but once you understand it you can experience and achieve long term, sustainable health goals that prevent flare ups, chronic diseases, and futher doctor's bills!
