✅ Sitting Spinal Twist (Ardha Matsyendrasana) - Energizes the spine and relieves backache; stretches the shoulders, hips, and neck; and also stimulates the liver and kidneys. ✅ Sitting Camel Pose (Ustrasana) - Stretches the entire front of the body, strengthens back muscles and improves posture. . Hold each posture for 5 to 10 breaths. You can try these simple office yoga sequence at yours office chair or even in the office toilet whenever you think your back needs a break!
