About my yesterday dinner. Chicken breast pickles and red wine tomatoes sauce. .- Recipe as follow. .- 4 chicken breasts. .- 6 big tomatoes 🍅 cut in small cubes . .- 100ml tomatoes paste. -. 200ml red wine .- 15 small pickles. .- 1 small onions. .- 3 garlic cloves. .- 10 fresh basil 🌿 leaves. .- 2 table spoon olive oil. .- 1 table spoon butter. .- salt and pepper and parsley for decoration. . After adding salt and pepper, fry the chicken in olive oil and butter. When cooked put them aside. In the same pan, mix the rest of all the ingredients and cook slow temperature for 30min, in the meantime mix time to time. After the 30min, add the chicken and cook for another 10min. It is ready ! Enjoy with rice and a green salad 🥗 😉
