Walking 10,000 steps a day for a week can burn up to 3500 calories, and that is going to help that deficit even further.
Plus especially with the weather we have been having in Herne Bay this week, why would you not want to get out and about more? When you get home from work and are stuck for exercise ideas or the gym is not appealing to you. Why not take a quick stroll along your area, put on some music or an audiobook and chill out.
