It’s been 19 days exactly since I’ve created a free flow. (This doesn’t mean that I’m not on my mat practicing bodyflow or cranking out my 💪🏼 workout daily) But I miss my movement. 🤸🏼♀️ And creativity. And soft pretty music. 🎶 ..
I’m currently adjusting to all the new things I have in my life and like usual, the things that soothe my soul are the first to be overlooked. I give up on myself to help others or put their needs before mine. I’ve known this forever. And I feel like each week I have to practice saying no to them, and yes to me. Im learning quickly, that with such a busy schedule, I shouldn’t even question it. ..
Me time, is my time. It comes first. It’s a job in itself. It’s a necessity. It’s a constant work in progress. It’s therapy. It’s not selfish. It makes me feel whole. It’s what I need to constantly serve others better. ..
