Circleville Letters, Part 2: Paul Freshour __________________ Shortly after the death of her husband, Mary and her lover admitted their affair, but they claimed that it started after the letters began. The letters and harassment continued for years, and even Mary's daughter started receiving them. But in 1983,  the stranger did something much worse. He started placing threatening signs along Mary's bus route. On one occasion Mary stopped the bus, and went to rip down one of the signs when she noticed that the sign was attached to a box with a string. When she opened the box, she saw a gun pointed at her. She reported the incident and the police traced the gun to her brother-in-law, Paul Freshour via the serial number on the gun but he claimed that his gun was stolen. The same year, on October 24, the jury found Paul guilty of attempted murder and he was sentenced to 7-25 years in prison. Despite the fact that there was no clear evidence that he was the mysterious Circleville Letters Writer, the prosecution used the letters in his trial, further sealing his case. But shockingly, even with Paul behind the bars, the letters didn't stop. Even Paul received one in prison, which read: "Now when are you going to believe you aren't going to get out of there? I told you 2 years ago. When we set 'em up, they stay set up. Don't you listen at all?" __________________ ©All copyrights belong to their respective owners. . #paranormal #kil#killer #mystery #unsolved #mysterious #cre#creepyies #creepy #photo #scared #nosleep #horror #history #facts #strange #best #scary #story #old #dark #nightmare #town #stalk #death #killer #haunted #murder #usa #stalker #home
