THIS IS MY STORY!
I've had so many people ask how I got into real estate ⁉️ I just laugh, I realize that many of you dont know my story.
So... here it goes.
I first got my real estate license when I was 18! ✔I worked as a brokers assistant for a bit and then went out on my own as an agent. I bought my first house, a 3-family house in Kent, CT at 21🏘 I then owned a fitness💪 studio for a long time and while working on those things on the east coast, I came out to visit Boise (after looking at a variety of western towns and deciding Boise was the best choice for my personal desires and investment 🤑 wants) I bought a house with an in-law apartment in the North End while on vacation!!
I rented that out while I handled selling things on the east coast. Once that happened, I was looking for another investment.. at which point I bought a mobile home park in Mountain Home! With 20+ tenants to manage there and having babies 🚼, I've been busy the last few years. Now I am back in action🎬 in the real estate world! Just got my license in Idaho in the beginning of the year and am now hitting the ground running! 👟
So if you have questions ❔ about having tenants, airbnb, mobile home parks, moving 🚚 cross country, or parenting. Hit me up!
