Happy Easter everyone and good night for a few hours. Some sleep after my night shift. ▫️ I have lost my power and my will, the last 3-4 months, due too much on my mind. Problem is that the less I workout and the worse food I eat, the worse I feel and the more depressed and dormant I become... And then I workout even less and eat even worse and then everything just goes round and round in a bad circle. ▫️ This Easter I am gonna start from an empty sheet and do a schedule over my workouts and food. Every Sunday I will plan my week ahead. ▫️ How do you plan your workouts?

My today's early morning jungle run. Whom do you call very fit ? If you ask me, a runner is fittest amongst all fit people, whether you are a weight lifter, power lifter, cross trainer, do yoga ,pilates or whatever kind of fitness activity you are into; if you can't run effortlessly for 10 km or atleast 5km I don't consider you fit. Running gives you highest level of fatigue, you train your brain for it. If you can run,you have got very high level of fitness. That's my opinion about it and lot of you would agree to it.( no offense to anyone) I dont choose strength over endurance or vice versa. I choose both equally . If you call yourself fit then you should be atleast able to run for 10 km, able to do minimum 10 -20chin to floor pushups, 5 -7 pullups and and 8-10 chinups in one go. Then you are fitness level is quite high. Big biceps and big chest is fine but if you can't run,you aren't fit.I'm talking about high level of fitness here otherwise whatever you do to keep yourself fit ( walking, jogging, dancing,weight lifting, cycling, swimming) keep doing it. But keep raising the level of fitness gradually and consistently. Keep surprising your body, keep dragging it out of the comfort zone, let it wonder always that what you are going to throw next to it.Be a hustler. Keep hustling. Keep inspiring. Feeling a little slow and a little sluggish. Holding on to some extra water weight and feeling bloated. Generally that’s how it is after vacation if you been consuming more calories then your usual, more sugar, and more carbs. However getting into the grind again. I could have made every excuse not to wake up at 4 in the morning this morning for a workout but I didn’t. Yes I’m tired from all the traveling, yes I have unpacking to do, yes I need to still go grocery shopping, and million other things but I know in order to start feeling like my normal self again I need to start getting back into routine. So brush those excuses aside and let’s go get it today.
