Hello all. Allow me to reintroduce my name is Sara. I know it's been a short minute since I've posted or been super active but the truth is - we all need a break sometimes from life and especially from social media. So instead of Jan 1 resolutions. I am going to share some March 19th resolutions. I'm trying to do 50 air squats a day. I want to do some type of abs work 5 days a week and for god's sake - i'd like to do a pull up without help by summer. What are your end of Q1 goals?
I was recently watching the most popular Tedx videos from 2017 and one really grabbed me. If you watch This Is Us, Randall and his wife did this out loud to each other to reset themselves. Anyway the Tedx video talks about declaring your fears after you declare your goals. You write down the worst case scenarios of what happens if you go for it all and or achieve it and how you would handle it any of those obstacles or outcomes. It’s almost like a mental checklist that allows your brain to let go of all the fear it has of achieving it. Kind of like the no excuses, you have worked out your BS story, cut the crap and do this. So this week I challenge you to do just that. 💪
