It’s one of the BIGGEST “objections” I hear from people when it comes to working out. “I want to do it, but I just can’t find the time.” I’m hear to tell you, however, that it doesn’t take hours in a gym for you to see results. Just check out these results. This is my before and after from a program that ranges in 30-40 minutes, 4 times a week. That’s it!!! 4 times a week!!! And it WORKS! I mean, let’s be honest, most of us spend more then 30 minutes a day doing something that we don’t need to do. Watching a show, scrolling social media, sleeping in.... Heck, some drives to the gym are longer then that! So take those things out of the picture, and I guarantee, you can find the time.
Because it all comes down to one question...how bad do YOU want it?
And besides, they made DVR’s for a reason. 😉
