💥🥑Take chicken salad to a new level with the addition of avocado. This naturally creamy chicken and avocado salad is healthy and contains no mayo or sour cream !🥗💥 - Ingredients 2 medium cooked chicken breasts, shredded or chopped (we used rotisserie chicken) 2 ripe avocados, pitted and diced ½ cup corn (roasted, canned, or frozen) ¼ cup red or green onion, minced 2 tablespoons cilantro, minced (or parsley or dill) 2 tablespoons lime (or lemon) juice 2 tablespoons olive oil salt and pepper to taste - Instructions In a large bowl, add the shredded chicken, avocado, onion, avocados, corn, and cilantro. Drizzle with the lime (or lemon) juice, olive oil and season with salt and pepper. *I keep having my donuts for desert at night, aka it's dark outside so the lighting is shit! Sorry for the bad quality photo* . . . I seriously can not get enough of @dou@doughbardoughnuts donuts. I am seriously obsessed. I might have already ordered three more boxes (because you can totally freeze them, duh)! . . . Last night the hubby tried the Reese's PB and I had the cake batter one. Tonight I had the fruity pebbles one (hubby wanted to spend his calories on an alcoholic drink, I think I made the yummier choice 😋). The cake batter one was to DIE for! OMFG! I'll take 20 of those please! . . . The absolute best part? They are packed with protein and I seriously could not tell in the taste! Now I absolutely love a soft, spongier cake like donut, so maybe that's why this donut is for me. But it's also hard to beat Cal- 150 / Fat - 4g / Carbs - 16g / Fiber 2 / Sugar - 3g / Protein - 11g for each donut and then the toppings (see below for the three I've tried). Yeah they have carbs, but damn it's so worth it! . . . Anyway, if you want a healthier donut because you love donuts as much as me, then I highly recommend @doughbardoughnuts.
