VEGAN MEAL PREP. Hey guys, keep in mind my body works really well with carbs - it balances my Tridosha constitution - and I don’t eat all this together, but alternate between one meal and the other. One thing that is valid for everyone is food combination and eating for your Ayurvedic dosha type. It really makes a huge difference in how you feel and digest your food.
