Here’s how to make them (makes 4 jars)⠀ ⠀ INGREDIENTS:⠀ ⠀ -1/4 cup peanut butter⠀ -2 tbsp soy sauce⠀ 1 tbsp lime juice⠀ -1 tbsp sesame oil⠀ -1 tbsp honey⠀ -1 tsp olive oil⠀ -8oz sirloin steak, about 1 inch thick⠀ -1 cup red cabbage, thinly sliced⠀ -1 cup carrot matchsticks⠀ -1 package pre-cooked miki or chow mein noodles⠀ -1/2 cup bean sprouts⠀ -1/2 cup cilantro, chopped⠀ ⠀ INSTRUCTIONS:⠀ ⠀ 1. Whisk peanut butter, soy sauce, lime juice, sesame oil and honey together in a medium-sized bowl. When fully mixed, divide among 4 (1L) mason jars.⠀ 2. Meanwhile, heat 1 tsp olive oil over med-high heat in a medium-sized frying pan. Add steak, cooking for 3-4 minutes each side for medium-rare.⠀ 3. Add steak to mason jars, then layer in red cabbage, carrots, pre-cooked noodles, bean sprouts and cilantro.⠀ 4. I forgot to post my coles online delivery on Sunday 🤦🏼‍♀️ . This total cost was $179.. as they couldnt deliver 4 items.. . 2 things ive started doing with my online orders is: . 1. Ive selected to not substitute items not supplied. I was finding that alot of the time (in my case) the items that were being substituted werent actually matching my original item.. so i was having to go.to coles regardless to purchase the item i needed. . 2. I have begun selecting the flexi delivery time. Food has ALWAYS been my biggest struggle 🤯 I used to be SO lost with it. . . I had ZERO clue what to eat, how to eat, what the correct portion sizes were, how to meal plan & prep, what I should and shouldn’t be eating, etc. before I started following these flexible meal plans! . . I would eat subway, Chick-fil-a and Roadhouse on the reg and thought that was normal & semi healthy, LOLZZ. . . I’m also someone that HATES cooking. So it always seemed like SUCH a giant, confusing hassle to me, to have to plan meals and actually make them 😅 . . Then in came an ANGEL of a program, that truly changed my relationship with food. . . Food is an ADDICTION and the majority of people’s biggest struggle. . . Nutrition is also about 80% of results, so food is so IMPORTANT in fueling your body correctly! . . It kills me that I was SO CLUELESS for so many years. Because if I had known then, what I know now, I would’ve been feeling better, MUCH longer. . . I still eat all my favorite foods in moderation and go to my favorite places occasionally... but I don’t feel like I HAVE to now, to eat HAPPY. . . Food freedom is FREEING.
