🌈Pick an object of your choice, something that you have positive feelings towards.
🌈Start by paying complete attention to the object. 🌈If your mind wanders, it's okay. Don't beat yourself over it.
🌈Bring back your attention to the object when you realize you've wandered.
🌈Challenge yourself by concentrating on moving objects.
